Overview
This guide covers deploying KanexPro AV over IP in a huddle room environment — a small meeting space requiring wireless BYOD presentation, USB-C laptop connectivity, and a single display, all over the existing IP network.

Typical Setup
- Source side: Place the AVO-IPJP2KUC-ENC encoder at the conference table. Connect a USB-C cable for laptop connection (supports HDMI alt mode and up to 100W PD charging). An HDMI input is also available for legacy sources.
- Display side: Connect a JPEG2000 decoder to the room display via HDMI. Connect the decoder to the managed switch.
- Network: Connect both encoder and decoder to the managed switch. Enable IGMP snooping. Assign to the same subnet.
- Routing: The encoder auto-routes to the decoder. No controller needed for a single room.
